Important: Tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers may be invalid. Only purchase tickets through XclusiveTickets or authorized partners.

All merchandise is authentic and officially licensed. We guarantee the authenticity of all products sold through our platform.

Event Cancellations:

  • If an event is cancelled, full refunds will be provided
  • If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date
  • Refunds for cancelled events are processed within 7-10 business days

Merchandise Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned
